The office building known as “Tower 2” is the central element of the La Cittadella real estate complex in Padua’s Stanga district and constitutes its central tower. Initially conceived as a building for use by a single company, starting in 2015 it was the subject of an extensive renovation program that allowed the property to develop multiple independent units on each floor with a common entrance in the hallway on the ground floor.

A major project began dividing the 11 floors, 500 square meters plus the first floor of 1,600 square meters, covering both the interior architectural aspects and all of the systems (mechanical, metering, electrical and security), so as to create autonomous units, integrating these elements in the furnishings. These were followed by modest or more important works, working with the tenants to meet their needs for the individual spaces. To date, work has been completed on all units except for a portion of the first floor.
