The studio, on behalf of the client, assesses the catchment area, the exclusive geography and checks and approves the suitability of the property in order to identify the best location for the opening of a new clinic. This is followed by the stages of planning, works direction and safety coordination during the building stages and furnishing of the clinic (choice of quality furnishings and agreements with supply partners). The process is completed by carrying out the bureaucratic procedures (building permits, health service opinions, health authorisation) through to the opening of the clinic.
The formulation of a CONCEPT, attentive to the coordinated image of the clinics and to brand recognition, has allowed the model of the health structure to be streamlined, by organising specific, spaces suited to the activity, with size, plant and lighting standards. The planning carefully considers the quality of these spaces by means of a continuous dialogue between the necessary standardisation and an equally inevitable process of personalisation, which gives the places aesthetic and perceptive ‘identity’ and ‘comfort’.
