The Villa Colzè, Scroffa, Garzadori, Noris, Grancara Meneghini, now Feriani, was built in the second half of the 17th century on a primitive 15th-century Gothic construction. It is surrounded by a park and flanked on the right side by a barchessa, preceded by a portico with large arches. A bit further away is the private oratory dedicated to Maria Immacolata, whose construction dates to the late seventeenth century and is one of the few examples of Baroque style in the Vicenza area. Two putti in Vicenza stone sit on the side of the chapel. Festoons decorate its sides and the pediment of the entrance door that opens in the center of the facade, crowned by a triangular tympanum adorned with angels and symbols of passion. In the upper part there are octagonal windows on the sides, marked by two-sided pilasters. Inside is the important high altar with sculptures attributed to Pietro Cavaliere and the small side altar with the image of the Virgin, from the school of Marinali, consecrated in 1711. The chapel, like the entire monumental complex, is a protected landmark.
The 2022 restoration restored unity to the facades: the white marmorino plasters were restored to their original coloring, the stonework was consolidated and cleaned up, and the decorative stucco was reassembled by adhering the detached elements together and using plastic to integrate the missing parts. The intervention was completed by work to protect the building thus ensuring the preservation of the monumental complex.
